ECO League first opened doors on May 31st 2009. It quickly gained support and soon enough, we had a pretty solid player base ready to play in our first season. A little over a year later, we have learned much and come to realize many things in trying to maintain a successful league. Like all things in life we have an opportunity to learn from our mistakes and use that new found knowledge to make ourselves and this league better.

Over the next few weeks you will see a lot of changes happening here at ECO. We can assure that these changes are being done with one thing in mind: You the players. We will be re-writing the code for the website and its infrastructure to run more smoothly and efficiently. We also are re-evaluating all of our operations to strengthen how we run matches and secure funding.

It is no secret that a great league or a great business for that matter takes money. With the weeks that we will be using to enhance the website we will also be using that time to secure additional funding and sponsorship. This is where we the organizers must ask you the players for your help. We are not asking for hand outs now nor do we ever plan on asking in the future. All we are simply asking is for assistance in finding the people who have the same interests as us.
